New CD by Barney Conway & the Shadows
TIME MACHINE CD
NOW AVAILABLE
This CD has been a long time coming. It consists of nine original songs from the pen of Barney Conway. The songs range from a easy beach-shag song, "Part-Time Lover," to a hard drivin' rocker, "Pink Motor-sycle". Several line dance classes and clubs have adopted "Pink Motor-sycle" as a specific dance number. We hope to have some videos of these dancers on the site soon. Also on this CD is the song, "Get A Full-Time Job," which has been selected to part of the soundtrack for the motion picture, "GUN LORDZ.," which is being directed and produced in New York by the talented Jimmy Spice Curry.
The majority of the music on the CD was performed by Barney Conway. On "Get A Full-Time Job," the bass is handled by the one and only Duke Chandler, drums by Virginian, Wiley Southworth.
"Part-Time Lover" features Ted Etheridge of Music Box Studios in Hamilton, NC on drums. All other instruments and vocals were performed by Barney Conway.
"Lonely With You," features the very talented Sandy River singing a duet with Conway. This song could go either as light country or easy listening pop.
There is even an island flavor song, "I've Fallen In Love & Can't Get Up" which is a rather humorous take off of the old TV commercial where the elderly lady is screaming "Help, I've fallen and I can't get up!"
The song, "Time Machine" is telling us that we can all go back in time using the only real time machine, our mind and go back when we were young and the girls were fine in our '57 Chevy.
Some of the songs from the CD are available on iTunes, Amazon. com, cdbaby and a host of other digital download sites around the world. The full CD will be available for purchase very shortly from the CDBaby website.
The CD is now getting some good airplay in the United Kingdom. Promos have recently been sent to Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Louisiana, Georgia, Virginia, Maryland, and New York. The CD is being handled by the Union Rogue Entertainment label.

I’ve gone ahead and bookmarked http://www.palmradioproductions.com/new-cd-by-barney-conway-the-shadows/ at Digg.com so my friends can see it too. I simply used Barney Conway & the Shadows Time Machine CD as the entry title in my Digg.com bookmark, as I figured if it is good enough for you to title your blog post that way, then you probably would like to see it bookmarked the same way.

The Duke Of York… Andrew may be a clumsy fool at times – and his ex-wife too… but he does his job and helps bring in a lot of money for this country. That’s the bottom line.
